I wanted a 50/50 swaddle to try doing arms out

I wanted a 50/50 swaddle to try doing arms out because soon I think my daughter may be nearing the end of her hip journey and figured I should do that beforehand as currently the brace is one of her biggest sleep cues. Thanks again for normalized DDH- it can be so overwhelming and it’s nice to know so many people have been through the same journey. Eugenia M

The baby slept for 10 hours

I bought it for my granddaughter who was diagnosed with severe hip dysplasia at 2 months. She is now nearly 5 months old. I believe it’s been a hit the baby slept for 10 hours. Belinda B

Thank you!

My daughter Essie has been diagnosed with hip dysplasia at the age of 3 months. As a doctor I am familiar with the condition and the treatment but found it a had a huge emotional impact on me putting my baby in a Pavlik harness. One of the things I was finding challenging was fitting into our old sleeping bags, which then affected Essie’s sleep. After discovering the Hipsleepers website including the Love To Dream harness swaddle I felt a lot better that I knew there were products that would be helpful for us during this difficult time and that these same issues we were having are shared by lots of others. Just knowing this and that so much effort had been put towards helping families with hip dysplasia through Hipsleepers helped me feel a lot better. Although it is a relatively common condition and the outcomes are often very good it is still hard seeing your baby in a harness especially when they are just starting to become more aware of their surroundings and more active. We are very appreciative of the work you’ve done founding Hipsleepers! Thank you! Carla M

so amazing

I have been extremely happy with the service and the product that I have received from hipsleepers. When I put my original order in, I bought the 2 pack of the Love to Dream 50/50 hip harness swaddle, but unfortunately there was only one left in medium by the time my order went through. I was contacted very quickly and given a few options on how I wanted to proceed which was great. I ended up only getting the one and it has been so amazing for my daughter who is 6 months old and has a rhino brace on for 3 months. I hope to buy a second (and maybe third) once they are back in stock! So thank you for your amazing service! Kathryn M

Absolute pleasure to deal with

After our little girl needed to be braced again (this time in a rhino) at 6 months old, I quickly started the search for a suitable sleeping bag for her. I came across Hipsleepers and emailed them on a Sunday. They replied straight away and were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Due to the fact we were going on a family holiday just a few days later, there was some urgency in getting the bags to me. But Jessica and Kathy couldn’t have been more helpful in ensuring we received the sleeping bags promptly and without any delay. We’ve just gotten back from our holiday and I’m pleased to report that our little one is happily sleeping in her brace, inside the purchased sleeping bag. I would highly recommend chatting to the team at Hipsleepers for any of your child’s needs whilst on their hip dysplasia journey. Jessica D
