The SWADDLE UP™ HIP HARNESS SWADDLE has been specially designed for babies being treated for hip dysplasia. It has been designed with a wider fit at the bottom, so it can be worn over a hip dysplasia harness or brace. Soft fabric at the base of the swaddle delivers extra stretch and flexion for hips and legs, making this a ‘hip-healthy’ design approved by Healthy Hips Australia and the International Hip Dysplasia Institute.

The SWADDLE UP™ design allows your baby to sleep in a natural position with their ARMS UP™ giving them access to their hands so they can truly self soothe. The SWADDLE UP™ HIP HARNESS SWADDLE is made from specially woven, high-quality cotton, 1.0 TOG fabric that helps regulate temperature and is suitable for moderate climates.

Perfect swaddle!

The hip harness swaddle is perfect for my little girl. I got to continue to swaddle my baby after she was fitted with a DBB and keep at least some part of the bedtime routine as bath’s were not allowed anymore. There is plenty of room at the bottom of the swaddle and still fits snug at the top to keep bub feeling nice and secure. Highly recommended! Legwarmers and Love to Dream Swaddle

My little girl was 7 weeks old and placed in a correctio brace. I ordered leg warmers and the Love to Dream hip swaddles. There was a delay in delivery due to back order of stock but Jessica was extremely helpful and apologetic. She kept me informed about how my order was going and even upgraded us to express shipping. We still received our order within the 7-10 business days they quote when you order. If I had one suggestion it would be to make leg warmers for newborns as well. The leg warmers will be great when my little miss is a bit older but for now they are a tad too big. Overall we will definitely be returning to this site again. Thank you Jessica. Emma

Happy baby - happy Mum!

Oh! I was so glad to receive my Swaddle Up - Hip Harness Swaddle! We used the Swaddle Up until our baby girl was fitted with a DBB and honestly the delivery only took two days, but it felt like the longest two days of my life! As soon as we were able to pop her in a LTD swaddle again, she was like a completely different baby. Honestly a sleep saver! Thanks so much Hip Sleepers! ❤️ Christy-Lee
