No Fuss Returns Policy
Customers may return new, unused items (excluding clearance items) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price however customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Please note, returns will only be processed if the item is received by us in new, unused condition.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it and the time it takes the bank and payment gateway to process our refund request.
If the return is a result of our error (for example, you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we will bear responsibility for the return shipping costs.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
When you place an order we will ship your products within 1 - 2 business days.
We offer free shipping within Australia with an express option available. Filled bean seats cannot always be sent by express post. If this is the case, we will refund any express shipping fee paid with standard shipping costs to apply.
Standard and express shipping options are available for our international customers which are calculated at the checkout based on the shipping location and the weight of the products in your shopping cart. Some items may not be available for sale worldwide and we will process a refund for any international orders that cannot be fulfilled.
Standard delivery times in Australia range between 2 - 7 business days, depending upon location. Express delivery times in Australia are usually 1-3 business days.
Delivery times outside of Australia are displayed at the checkout when you enter your shipping location. These are estimates provided by Australia Post and can be impacted by seasonal backlogs (e.g Christmas) and the efficiency of your local postal networks. Additional time may also be taken if your package is held up for customs/duties/tax purposes. As you will appreciate, these delays are out of our control.
International deliveries and customs, duties and tax
Customers (or recipients) outside of Australia are wholly responsible for any local taxes, customs or duty charges that are applicable to a purchase. As each international jurisdiction will have its own tax/customs/duty rules, Hipsleepers does not accept any responsibility whatsoever for notifying customers of any such charges at the time of purchase. Hipsleepers will not offer or accept refunds due to unexpected taxes, customs or duties.
