No Fuss Returns Policy

Customers may return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price however 
customers are responsible for all shipping costs.  Please note, returns will only be processed if the item is received by us in new, unused condition.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it and the time it takes the bank and payment gateway to process our refund request.  

If the return is a result of our error (for example, you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we will bear responsibility for the return shipping costs.

Shipping Information

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and your location. Depending upon product availability, most shipments are dispatched within 24-48 hours.  

We offer FREE shipping within Australia and $24 flat rate shipping outside of Australia.  Some items may not be available for sale worldwide and we will process a refund for any international orders that cannot be fulfilled.

Delivery times in Australia range between 2 - 10 business days, depending upon location.  If you require express shipping, please contact us for a shipping quote.

Delivery times outside of Australia range between 7 - 15 business days, depending upon location and efficiency of your local postal networks.  Additional time may be taken if the package is held up for customs/duties/tax purposes.  If you require express international shipping, please contact us for a shipping quote.


International deliveries and customs, duties and tax

Customers (or recipients) outside of Australia are wholly responsible for any local taxes, customs or duty charges that are applicable to a purchase.  As each international jurisdiction will have its own tax/customs/duty rules, Hipsleepers does not accept any responsibility whatsoever for notifying customers of any such charges at the time of purchase.  Hipsleepers will not offer or accept refunds due to unexpected taxes, customs or duties.
