loved the colours and patterns

I purchased the leg warmers for a girlfriend whose baby will be born with club foot. After reading different things on line, a lot of people recommended leg warmers to protect the casts the baby will wear and to make changing easier when they are in boots and brace. Her baby will be a newborn so I’m not certain how the sizing will go as we aren’t sure how big the casts will be but I loved the colours and patterns and so did she. Pip S

Hip dysplasia leg warmers

It can be a daunting experience when your little one gets their first hip brace. What will they sleep in? What clothes will fit them? My 4 1/2 month old son was put in his Denis Browne bar on a Friday morning and i couldn’t find anything for him to sleep in and we had no pants that would fit him, it was winter and he was pants free! I was completely unprepared and didn’t know he wouldn’t fit the basic pants I owned or his sleeping bag. Stressed out I found Hipsleepers and ordered his hip dysplasia Love to Dream sleeping bag and received it by the Tuesday morning! We also own the leg warmers which are perfect for when he wants to play and and you don’t want to tackle leggings over a brace but you want his little legs to be warm. The holy grail came when we could order a sleeping bag that would comfortably fit his brace and it had a TOG rating of 2.5, perfect for those chilly nights. Thank you Hipsleepers for the pants suggestions, sleeping bags that fit my son and for the beautiful handwritten notes and words of encouragement when you place an order. Kimberly

Leg Warmers

My daughter is 8mths old and after being in a hip spica cast for 3mths she is now in a Rhino brace. Without leg warmers, her legs rub on the brace and cause irritation. Before finding Hipsleepers, I bought leg warmers from other online stores, they were thin and peeled and after only a couple of wears, were thrown in the bin. These leg warmers are a must! The ‘quality is amazing’ & they are super soft and warm. Also, they have never lost their shape (even over her chubby legs). She wears them every day and still look brand new. Lucinda
